Showroom creates digital solutions to develop sustainable clothing business

About

The Covid-19 pandemic has revealed the unpreparedness of many clothing companies for new disruptive situations.  There is a need for companies to develop their operations in a direction that enables profitable and continuous business in the future, regardless of unexpected situations, and to respond more agilely to new consumer needs and changing consumption habits mostly online.

Lab University of Applied Sciences' Digital & Sustainable Fashion Showroom project focuses on mapping and developing the digital and virtual potential of companies. Digitalisation and virtual opportunities are seen as one of the key elements for the change to more agile and sustainable operations. These operations will be part of the survival, development, and growth of companies under the pressures of change brought by the pandemic and climate change.

The Showroom project is funded as part of the European Union's efforts in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
